Your order

Products are made to order from the photos you supply. By ordering you confirm you own the photos or have permission to print them, and that they contain nothing unlawful. We may refuse or cancel an order that breaks this rule, with a full refund.

Prices and delivery

You pay in the currency of the country you deliver to: pounds sterling (£) for the UK and US dollars ($) for the US. If your card is in another currency, your card provider sets the exchange rate. We currently deliver to UK and US addresses only. UK delivery costs £4.95, free on orders over £60. US delivery costs $7.95, free on orders over $75. US orders are printed in the US, so there are no import charges. Frames are normally printed within 3 working days, then posted by tracked service. Delivery times are estimates.

Print quality

We warn you when a photo may print softly. Colours may differ slightly from your screen. Where you proceed with a low-resolution photo, we are not responsible for the resulting softness.

Faulty or damaged items

See our returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
