What we collect
- Your photos, uploaded to design your frames.
- Order details: name, email, phone number and delivery address, collected at checkout.
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
How we use it
To print and deliver your order, send order emails, handle support and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or use your photos for marketing.
Who we share it with
- Prodigi, our print and fulfilment partner, receives your photos and delivery details to produce and post your order.
- Stripe for payments.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site, stores your photos and orders, and sends our emails.
- Delivery carriers, via Prodigi.
How long we keep it
Photos are deleted 90 days after they are uploaded, whether or not you order, or sooner if you ask. Order records (name, contact and delivery details, what you bought and what you paid) are kept for 7 years for tax and accounting, then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email hello@tesserawall.com.
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention.
